Review a Civil Case and
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer who can review a civil case in the County Court and provide a written summary of their findings. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil law and a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
Key requirements for the project include:
- Reviewing the civil case in detail and identifying any key issues or concerns
- Providing a general review of the case, focusing on relevant legal principles and precedents
- Delivering a written summary of the review, outlining the main findings and recommendations
Skills and experience required:
- Expertise in civil law, particularly in the chosen type of civil case (personal injury, contract dispute, property dispute)
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify relevant legal principles and apply them to the case
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise summaries of complex legal issues
