Residential Ownership Transfer Registration
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
A residential home has just changed hands within my family and the title now needs to be formally registered. Because this is a straight transfer of ownership and the property is free of any mortgage or loan, the scope focuses on conveyancing and filings rather than lien clearance.
The work spans:
• Drafting and reviewing the transfer deed and any supporting affidavits
• Calculating and arranging payment of the correct stamp duty and registration charges
• Liaising with the local land-registry office until the new title is recorded and a certified copy of the registered deed is in my possession
All documents must comply with current real-estate regulations and be returned to me in both hard copy (where required by the registrar) and searchable PDF. Confirmation from the registry that the transfer is complete will serve as the acceptance criterion for the project.
