WA Residential Eviction Attorney

I’ve already served a proper Notice to Vacate on several non-paying tenants and have a complete, well-organized record of every communication with them. Now I need a Washington-licensed attorney who can take the reins on the court side of the eviction, handle all filings, appear remotely at any required hearings, and generally see each case through until the writ of restitution is issued.

All physical service—summons, complaints, notices—will be managed by my local process server, so you can focus entirely on the legal strategy, paperwork, and court appearances from wherever you are. This will be an ongoing engagement as we own multiple residential properties in the state and anticipate future filings.

Deliverables for each eviction:
• Draft and file the unlawful detainer action in the appropriate county court
• Manage responses, motions, and required disclosures
• Represent us in remote hearings/mediation as needed
• Secure the final judgment and writ
