Require a lawyer to prepare a letter with evidence to present to Police
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am after a lawyer to prepare a letter along with evidence (documents, emails, peg files etc) in preparation to present to Malaysian Authorities to have a person charged. I am not looking for representation and am just after a lawyer-written letter that is clear, concise and is written in such a manner that the police have a clear understanding of the particulars.
It relates to an ex-employee who will not return sensitive and valuable company documents along with a laptop. There is further information to be added in and I have approximately 10 documents (emails/pdf files etc) as evidence to be added to back up the report.
I have spoken verbally to the Malaysian authorities and they have requested I present it to them as described above which is why I am here.
