Require a Patent Attorney (a registered South African patent firm) -- 2
Budget: $100 – $200 USD
I need a South African Patent Attorney who is registered in South Africa to file a Patent for me. I do not need any kind of consultation or Filing assistance.
As per the South African Patent law only a South African Patent Attorney can file a Full patent - The Patent is already completed with all the documentation and you just need to apply from your portal.
Note - Only registered South African Patent Attorney bid in this project
Important - Max Budget is 100-200 USD. I already have a lawyer who is ready to do it at 300 USD. But the Filing process takes only 10-15 minutes and considering All the files are prepared from our end. High bids will not be responded to.
I am also well aware that the government fee for filing the patent is only around 35 USD.
