Remote Legal Operations Assistant Needed

I'm seeking a dependable remote assistant to bolster our legal operations team during vacant evening hours aligned with Ukraine time (UTC+3). This is a remote role and open to candidates from any location, provided you can consistently be available during the designated hours (8 hour shift).

Key Terms:
– Fixed compensation: $250/month
– Bonus incentives for exceptional performance and successful project outcomes
– Probationary period: Initial week as paid trial

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Internal coordination: Primarily scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.
- Document handling: Most frequently dealing with legal contracts.
- Research support: Assisting with various research tasks.
- Project monitoring: Keeping an eye on project timelines and deliverables.

We’re looking for someone who is:
– Proficient in English (most of our clients are US-based, so grammar and clear communication are essential)
– Responsive and consistently available during work hours
– Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
– Willing to take on tasks as assigned
