The domain is up and the survey is active, but it needs a polished and modern interface to enter the site. It also needs the legal disclaimers added about site usage and a "click to accept" the terms.
The terms also need to be added (the site will not "sell" the data, but will use it etc.)
It could look like relatefoundation.com or other similar survey sites...or it could look different. In any event it is the most advanced, Relationship Science oriented and evidence-based survey available today. It needs to "project" that message and the associated confidence/trust those who take the survey and work through the results should have.
