Real Estate Commission Contract

I need an expert in contract law, preferably with experience drafting employment contracts for real estate agents. The contract will be based on a flat commission rate and should primarily highlight the responsibility of completing deals. Unfortunately, I don't have any specific termination provisions in mind yet, so I welcome suggestions based on industry best practices and legal compliance. A solid grasp on real estate law is highly desirable for this project.
