Property is under a partition suit status quo order. One of the tenants is seeking further protection from the court. India law. -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
A residential property I co-own is already locked in a partition suit and the court has passed a status-quo order. One of the tenants of mine now needs stronger protection because day-to-day possession and peaceful enjoyment are being threatened by another co-owner.
The tenant preferably wants a specific order on their name so that they can show to the other co-owner or avail police protection for the tenancy or an order to sign a fresh agreement with me.
Please note that it is an unpartitioned premise and the said tenant was in a tenancy agreement with my father, but later my father signed an addendum to modify the tenancy to my name. So it is a bit tricky, as I am not fighting against my father and brother.
