I need a qualified and licensed Solicitor in Northern Ireland to assist with transferring a plot of land from parents to my daughter and son-in-law.

- This is a property law matter.
- The plot of land is currently owned outright.
- I am not in need of assistance with buying/selling property, lease agreements or property disputes.

Ideal candidate should have:
- Licensed to practice in Northern Ireland.
- Extensive experience in property law.
- Proven track record in handling property transfer matters.
- Excellent communication skills to explain legal jargon in simple terms.

3. Deed of Gift completed, signed and witnessed
4. Valuation of Plot provided by ***** & **** Co. Estate Agents, ****
5. UK Passport (Number ********) expiring 1st April ****
6. UK Driving Licence (Number ******) expiring 1st February ****
7. Utility Bill – ****

I will be declaring a loss to HMRC on the transaction

If you are satisfied with all of the above then you sign the certificate and I return it to me.
