Property Law Advisory & Claim Representation -- 2

Job ID: 38264015

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I am in need of a New South Wales, Australia, property lawyer who can both advise, write a letter and possibly represent me in making a claim against another lawyer. The issue lies in advice received around special levies reportedly being the responsibility of a vendor if struck before the sale of the apartment. There is a clause in the Sale Contract specifying this and we relied on the lawyer's advice.

Now the lawyer is being very uncooperative in writing a simple letter to the vendor's lawyer pointing out the particular clause, with an invoice for the Special Levies to be paid by the vendor. I'm presuming that if his advice was incorrect, I should make the claim for payment of the Special Levies on the lawyer.

Ideal applicants should possess:

- Expertise in NSW Australia property law, particularly disputes involving vendors.
- Experience dealing with cases involving special levies in NSW Australia.
- Capability to provide sound advice, write a letter and potentially initiate a legal claim.
- Experience in dealing with claims against vendors and/or lawyers in NSW Australia.

I have written advice from our lawyer. Any interested applicant should be prepared to review this material. If you possess these skills and have experience in rectifying such situations, I would be interested in hearing from you.
