Hi.
I own a flat with a lease hold, so I pay ground rent and service charges.

My flat is on the 4th floor of the building purchased in 2016.

The landlord then developed 5th floor, and they drilled into my roof to do it.

Now every time it rains my water leak in to my bed room.
