Probate application

Seeking the help of an attorney to file a probate application for my fathers death. I have all the forms needed to be filled up. However I would like to have them reviewed and get some feedback or advice based on my situation. Also would need help in creating legal letter pertaining the rights and options of siblings who refuses to sign documents.
