My name is Bob. I am a land investor. I do large mailings and if a seller is interested, they contact me and I purchase the land (land only, no structures. They will always fall into the small estate category).
I have a current prospective seller who wants to sell, but his ex wife is on the deed. They have been divorced for over 30 years and at some point, she remarried, moved to Mexico and passed away. My seller does not know the exact date or even where she is buried. He has been remarried for 40+ years.
I wish to purchase a 30 minute phone consultation for him. My hope is that this can be worked out so that I can purchase his land.
