Pro Bono Lawyer for Family Law Issue in Riverside County, CA

I am self-representing for a guardianship case in Riverside County. I have found this county to be very difficult to navigate through as their policies restrict me from moving forward since I live in a different state (WA). I have been told by lawyers in WA that they are unable to assist me because they do not have jurisdiction, and then told by CA that I am unable to receive assistance from lawyers because I do not live in CA. I am looking for information and resources to help me proceed in my research on how to represent myself in this family law case. It is very complicated and highly stressful; I do not have much time to divulge too much in this description. However, I have attached a PDF that I sent to a Senator in Clark County. If closely looked into, you will find that this family law matter is unconstitutional, as it violates civil rights. I hope that this case calls to action a reform of child welfare practices in Riverside County.
