I have already gathered every mandatory document and hold one director’s valid Class III DSC, yet the MCA portal flags that same DSC as “invalid” when I try to upload the signed SPICe+ PDF. I need a professional who can step in, resolve this DSC glitch, and finish the incorporation of a Private Limited Company in India.
Here is the scope as I see it:
• Troubleshoot and fix the DSC validation error on the MCA portal, or advise an alternative signing workflow that will be accepted.
• Secure DINs for the remaining proposed directors.
• Prepare and finalise the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association so they meet Companies Act, 2013 requirements and match our electronics-focused business objects.
• Complete and submit the full SPICe+ set (INC-32, AGILE-PRO, INC-35, PAN, TAN, etc.) through MCA until the Certificate of Incorporation, PAN and TAN are issued.
• Keep me updated at each stage and supply the filed documents and acknowledgement receipts for my records.
