Private Hire Operator: Policies & Procedures and Privacy Policy

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create policies and procedures and a privacy policy for my private hire operator business. The purpose of these documents is to comply with legal regulations. I do not have any existing documents, so they will need to be created from scratch.
The policies and procedures and privacy policy documents should contain information regarding the company structure and responsibilities. Additionally, they should address customer data protection and any relevant legal requirements.
Will need to include:

Information of the safety measures and security protocols that should be implemented to ensure the wellbeing of passengers and drivers

Understanding the standards and maintenance requirements for private hire vehicles including regular inspections and necessary permits

Understanding the essential operating policies and procedures for private hire operators such as booking processes, record keeping and dispatching systems
