Preparing a legal document

I have prepared a Complaint for filing in King County Superior Court (Seattle, WA). I cannot insert the page numbering in the footer. The "position" option will not engage when I go to page numbering. Also, I cannot get the footer with my law firm identification on the right side to be left justified, rather than right justified. There may be other things that come up, but that is it for now.
