Prepare WRIT of MANDAMUS

I am looking for help of a Paralegal or a Lawyer to prepare WRIT of MANDAMUS for my Family based immigration case in Canada against IRCC.
- I would need you to provide me links or materials on how the procedure would work for me;
- Prepare the package to file to a court, including precedents references;
- Follow up the case until resolved: communication and representation;
