I am looking for an Indian law student studying in a prominent law school having keen interest in Indian constitutional law.
Help me write a comprehensive moot memo both for the appellants and the respondents.
The memo should be at least 50 pages long (in two parts of 25 pages each, with one part covering appellant side, and the other part covering respondent's side) and should include proper and full arguments along with detailed case law research.
The moot problem is attached. The moot memo should be developed basis a particular format (which is also attached - NLS moot memo)
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Familiarity with moot court proceedings and legal argumentation
- Ability to analyze and present complex legal arguments in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy in citing case law and legal authorities
Timeline:
- The project needs to be completed within 12 days from the start date. No payment will be made if the memo cannot be completed within that time. If you cannot complete within said time, please do not accept the project. Timing is critical.
Revisions:
I will go through the moot, and send requests for revisions. The payments will be made only after the revised and completed draft is provided as per my satisfaction of the requirements for the memo.
Format:
- The memo should be delivered in a Word document format.
