I am seeking an experienced patent professional to conduct a comprehensive patentability assessment and prior art review for an AI-resistant pseudonymization method (G-SHARP) that does not rely on Named Entity Recognition (NER).
The goal of this job is to determine:
✅ Patentability – Whether G-SHARP is novel and non-obvious in light of existing patents & academic research.
✅ Freedom to Operate (FTO) – Any risks of infringement on existing patents.
✅ Prior Art Review – Comprehensive search of patents, academic papers, and industry whitepapers that relate to G-SHARP.
✅ Recommendations – Suggestions on claim structuring to maximize protection.
Project Scope:
1️⃣ Patent Search
Conduct a structured patent search using Espacenet, Google Patents, USPTO, WIPO, and other relevant databases.
Identify patents and applications that are directly or indirectly related to G-SHARP.
Analyze existing privacy-preserving text anonymization patents, especially those that deal with AI inference prevention.
2️⃣ Academic & Industry Research Search
Identify relevant academic publications via Google Scholar, ArXiv, ResearchGate, and other sources.
Search for non-patented industry research, including corporate whitepapers, open-source projects, and preprints.
3️⃣ Patentability Analysis
Compare G-SHARP with existing patents and academic research.
Assess if G-SHARP offers a novel and non-obvious approach.
Identify potential blocking patents and whether claim modifications can overcome them.
4️⃣ Deliverables
✔️ A structured report (PDF & editable format) summarizing:
Key patent search results, including application numbers and abstracts.
Prior art findings (academic & industry).
Patentability conclusion (likelihood of grantability).
Recommendations for drafting claims to maximize protection.
Ideal Candidate:
