Part-Time Solicitor Opportunity
Budget: £10,000 – £20,000 GBP
I am seeking a part-time solicitor with 3-5 years PQE specializing in Property, Compliance, and Personal Injury. Knowledge in investment law would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and services in the areas of Property, Compliance, and Personal Injury.
- Engage in investment law consultations if applicable.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents in the areas of Property, Compliance, and Personal Injury.
- Conduct regular client consultations to provide updates and gather necessary information for case management.
- Perform comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and legal opinions.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure client adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients to resolve disputes outside of court.
- Manage and build strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on legal practices.
- Organize and manage all legal documentation and correspondence efficiently.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years PQE.
- Specialization in Property, Compliance, and Personal Injury.
- Knowledge in investment law is a plus.
- Strong communication and legal analysis skills.
The expected weekly commitment is 15-20 hours.
