Parole in Place Hardship Letter
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking an experienced writer to craft a compelling hardship letter for a parole in place request for each of my parents. I'm currently an active-duty member of the US AirForce and using “Parole in Place” to Waive Unlawful Entry (for Family Members of U.S. Military) for both of my parents. “Parole in place” (“PIP”) allows certain aliens who entered the U.S. without inspection to obtain an unlawful presence waiver and adjust their status to lawful without leaving the country. The main reason for the request is family separation and hardship. The absence of a family member potentially incurs financial instability, health issues, and emotional distress.
Ideal skills and experiences include:
- Strong background in legal writing
- Previous experience crafting hardship letters
- Understanding of immigration law and family legislation
- Ability to empathize and convey these hardships effectively.
Your task is to create a persuasive letter addressed to the proper authority, articulating these hardships, and pleading for parole in place. Please apply if you can confidently meet these requirements. I've attached a draft of a letter that has some basic information. My attorney has provided feedback which I've also attached.
