Parent Plus Loan Contract Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a comprehensive contract written for a Parent Plus Loan my mother-in-law took out for my wife over a decade ago, which has an outstanding debt within the bracket of $10,000 - $50,000. The loan is not in default. We are taking responsibility for $30,000 of the loan, and once the $30k is paid off from us, we are to be considered paid for our portion of the debt. My mother-in-law won't be able to legally ask us for money or anything in regard to this loan.
