Purchased a property legally through both solicitiors in question and was completed. The person who I purchase the property of her wife decided to divorce soon after it was completed. She has now filled a section 37 Asking to court to set aside the property sale, she claims it was her martimonial house. I am not officially listed on the hearing but I am an intervenor, because my property I purchased is effected. I have served all documents what the judge has requested and a full statement surrounding the circumstances how I became to purchase the property. Judge in principle has agreed what I say but she wants me to attend a hearing with all parties on a 2 day listing July 12/13.
