Hello everyone,
I am an owner of a roofing company in Ontario and I need someone to look over this sample contract from the United States and make the necessary changes so that it fits with Canadian laws in order to protect me from homeowners who don't want to pay for the completed work plus a few other things. Should be fairly simple since i have a sample contract which i have permission to fully use but just make minor changes like my company name and logo and have it comply with Canadian laws. I am also ok to change a few things to simplify this document and make it easy to understand and present to the home owners.
