Paralegal for civil litigation and trial preparations in the Bay Area, CA -- 2

I require a paralegal to assist with civil litigation and trial preparation for a contract dispute. There is an immediate opportunity for a skilled and competent Paralegal. Looking for a self-motivated individual with good computer skills (Word Perfect) and the ability to multitask, with the following experience: assisting attorneys in Civil Litigations (complex), Pre-trial & Trial preparations (court filings, drafting notices & pleadings, drafting legal correspondence, managing the attorney’s calendar, and other litigation logistics). Responsibilities include but are not limited to organizing and filing all relevant documents, assisting the attorney with a variety of case tasks, Pre-Trial, and Trial preparations. Location: Santa Rosa, CA (preferred). Pay – Hourly (competitive market rates). Duration of Contract: 4 – 6 months, can be extended depending on the Trial dates.
