Paralegal for Advocacy Group
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm seeking an experienced paralegal to support a residents advocacy group focused on addressing insolvency red flags in the budget.
Much of the research is done and reports are assembled.
Detailed notice will be going out to parties involved. No law suit is prepared yet but that may be a next step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing financial reports, requests for FOIA documents,
- Serving as a witness in key proceedings and meetings
- Receiving correspondence on behalf of the group
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in legal and financial documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience working with government officials and legislators
