Paralegal to draft Opening Brief for Appellate Court in Virginia

I'm seeking a skilled paralegal with a strong background in appellate court filings to help me draft an opening brief for my probate matter in the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in drafting appellate briefs, particularly in the Virginia Court of Appeals, is essential for this job. "In the Virginia Court of Appeals DRAFT" is attached as well as "opening_brief_template" to assist.
- Proficiency in legal research is a must, as the role will require extensive additional research.
- I will provide a draft to work from, so the ability to refine and improve upon existing legal documents is crucial."In the Virginia Court of Appeals DRAFT" is attached as well as "opening_brief_template" to assist.
- Familiarity with probate law would be advantageous, but is not a strict requirement. "Guide to the Administration of Estates" is attached along with "Commissioner of Accounts 2019 ebook".
This is an initial appeal filing, so the paralegal will be expected to prepare a detailed, persuasive and legally sound brief that reflects the specifics of my case and complies with the court's requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently to produce a high-quality document that makes a strong case for my appeal.
IMMEDIATE FILING:
Motion to Stay needs to be addressed. Lower Court did NOT put the Motion to Stay in the Record sent to the Appeals Court (on purpose). I have filed a Motion to Extend Time and remain confident they'll give the Extension as we can iron this out rather quickly in a phone call and review of docs together and I'll give it to my counsel to review. Obviously the lower Court Record has to be complete for the Appeal Brief - - - A writ of certiorari may be required or we can send a letter to the lower court to place it in the file - or I can simply file a NEW Motion To Stay with more damaging information we gather (See attached, "Petition to Remove Administrator and Disqualify COA.docx").
