I need to defend a Protection Order against me at a hearing on Tuesday, 11/15/22, for throwing my neighbor's walnuts back in his yard. My neighbor called the Police before obtaining the Protection Order. The Police told them I wasn't doing anything illegal and left the scene. I'm representing myself in court. I live in Ohio. I need a law stating or implying that my neighbor is responsible for picking up walnuts on my side. He has had four demand letters in 15 years, and I have 3-yard signs pointing toward his house stating, "no trespassing" and "no tree encroaching." Can you find me anything in Ohio where my neighbor is responsible for picking up his fallen walnuts? He is intentionally harassing me with his trees by refusing to cut back the limbs on his trees.
