Paralegal Research Business/Corporate

Need an attorney or experienced paralegal to conduct discovery work for a potential legal matter, must have their own access to search software such as casetext.com, trellis.law, or similar as we need the full documents containing all of the documents and filings related to the cases of the company/individual. Only apply if you have access to court document software and are very familiar with using it. Will also need someone that can write the demand letter and review legal documents with recommendations, writing the affidavit replies, termination of contract letter, etc. Must be familiar with business law, IP, business contracts, NDA and Non Circumvent. Knowledge of both US and Puerto Rican law is a huge plus.
