Need to have a Motion written to Toll the statute of limitations for a case not yet filed in Federal Court. This is for a Disabled Plaintiff who is the victim of Financial Elder Abuse, EFTA Regulation E & NACHA regulatory violations, conversion, unjust enrichment & misappropriation of funds resulting in subtantial financial, physical and psychological damages to Plaintiff.
