I have already filed the complaint, served the defendant, and submitted all supporting documents for my civil personal-injury matter. The court has now set a short remote hearing on the defendant’s motion to dismiss, and I need a lawyer who is certified to practice in Oregon to stand in and argue for me—I am the plaintiff.
