As part of my legal team, I'm looking for skilled and experienced paralegals to help in the ongoing process of handling multiple discovery projects.
The specific tasks include:
- Detailed document and case review
- Generating responsive discovery at early litigation
Involving the following types of documents:
- Medical records
- Various pleadings
This is an ongoing project and thus requires long-term commitment. You need to have a good understanding of the law, especially issues related to medical records and pleadings. The ability to be detail-oriented, work quickly and prepare accurate and efficient documentation is of the essence.
Proficiency with document management systems is a must. Prior experience with medical-related legal cases, personal injury litigation or discovery processes will be highly advantageous.
Am willing to hire paralegal staffing outside of the United States. Law firm operates manages employees with video conferencing so live support is readily available. We cater to a primarily Hispanic clientele.
