The scope of work includes following in relation with importing two products into United States from overseas. Candid MUST HAVE prior experience working with EPA/USDA/APHIS/TSCA.
Scope of work:
-Obtain import permits from USDA-APHIS for two chemical fertilizer product from overseas
-Determine the HTS codes associated with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) for USA
import of the two products.
- Review the components of the two products to determine if the ingredients are listed in the
Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory list
