Nonprofit needs a lawyer

Previous member has been negatively affecting our ability to get membership and sponsors. She is claiming she is the owner of the project which is not the case. Our secretary has been saving the plethora of texts, FB and msgs she has inundated the community pages and members of our organization. Defiantly want a letter for cease and desist. We need help!
