Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need assistance in establishing a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on health and wellness. We aim to provide access to a hyperbaric chamber for low-income families. Currently, we are in the planning stage.
Key Tasks:
- Creating necessary legal documents
Creating ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION to be filed in UT.
Creating corporate structure that is in harmony with nonprofit status.
- Guiding me through the application process for 501(c)(3) with the IRS
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with nonprofit development
- Knowledge of 501(c)(3) application process
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Background in health and wellness initiatives is a plus
