Non-Resident US LLC Setup for Amazon
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for an expert who can help my client from India set up a non-resident US LLC to sell on Amazon USA. The project involves obtaining all necessary documents and ensuring the Amazon account is ready for listing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with acquiring essential documents such as the EIN, Operating Agreement, Certificate of Formation, Bank Account, and a Unique US Address.
- Preparing for the Fincen Boi Report.
- Conduct a business name search to ensure the desired LLC name is available.
- Arrange for a registered agent service to handle legal documents and correspondence.
- Ensure filing of the LLC's annual report and other local state requirements.
- Provide ongoing compliance guidance to ensure adherence to US regulations.
Please Note:
- Bids from individuals without proven experience in setting up a non-resident LLC for an Amazon USA account will not be considered.
- This is not a request for an Amazon seller virtual assistant, nor do I require assistance with listing or brand registration.
- Do not include government fees in your bid, as these will be paid in advance accordingly.
- The project will be divided into multiple milestones, with 50% of the payment being released only upon successful completion of the final milestone, which is having the verified Amazon seller account.
The project is expected to be completed within 4-6 weeks once it is started. The freelancer should provide full support during the Amazon account verification process.
