Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Shareholders' Agreement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Introduction: I am familiar with NDAs. However, in this case I need some help because of the three parties involved:
1. Dutch national living in the Maldives (company owner in Holland and the Maldives, scientist turn businessman);
2. Kenyan national living in Kenya (scientist, not a businessman neither a company owner);
3. German national living in the Philippines (company owner in Hong Kong SAR).
The product is a technical consumable developed by the Kenyan national.
The company we plan to startup will potentially be in Hong Kong SAR. The company already exists but is dormant. Shares can be issued at any given time. As such most likely there will be a standard Hong Kong SAR company shareholders' agreement to be put in place.
For now, I will need an NDA only. Existing formats acceptable, if possible (not sure).
