Nominee Director (Formal Role) – Only for Residents of Surat, Gujarat, India
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are looking for an individual strictly based in Surat or nearby areas (Gujarat, India) to serve as a Nominee Director for our Private Limited Company. This is a purely formal role, required solely for legal compliance. No work or involvement in company management is needed.
Requirements:
- Must be a permanent resident of Surat or nearby areas in Gujarat, India, have lived in India for at least 182 days in the past 12 months, and have no legal restrictions on being appointed as a director.
Compensation:
- Fixed annual payment of ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 INR, paid once per year.
Guarantees:
- Strictly a nominal role with no operational, managerial, or financial involvement. Legal indemnity agreement to fully protect the nominee director.
