Negligence

On July 17th,2015 while confined at the Wisconsin Resource center I had surgery on both of my feet due to having pain and swelling to my feet.on or about October 15th,2015 I was transferred to Columbia correctional institution upon my arrival at Columbia I founded out that to move around the institution you had to have on state issued shoes unless you had a doctor's order to have different shoe on I wrote to the health service staff informing them of my foot problems and letting them know that the order was in my file, and nothing.a short time later I started having real bad foot pain and swelling I submitted numerous health service slips telling them this and they refused to do anything I later founded out that the screw that was placed in my feet had started to back out my feet do to being forced to wear state issue boots and for a whole year I get no treatment what so ever. I have made it pass summary judgment but I need some assistance with getting to the next level.and I need an answer right away because I have a motion that needs to be in real so so I look forward to hearing from you .
