Needed: Law researcher(s) for Federal Appellate case

Hello - I am looking to hire several law students or lawyers for focused research related to an appellate case for the US District Court and/or the 3rd Circuit court. The case has a homicide conviction based on no probable cause, no evidence, no DNA, and on hearsay. The convicted has been in prison over 16 years in central PA. There are 12 to 16 points that need diligent and timely research to demonstrate precedent and an overturned or sentence served conviction.

Much of the leg work has been done; need help researching and legal writing of prior applicable cases.
