Need to understand Indian alcohol import rules/regulations/taxes/duties amongst different states as well from the country as a whole.

I'm a wine exporter in Australia, and I am looking to understand the Indian import market for alcohol, specifically the regulations and taxes involved. I would like someone to take me through the different laws/taxes at a state and federal, and any other compliance issues in the alcohol industry relating to imported wine that might affect the costs of importing and distributing it. The output would ideally be in tele conference format, where we have a chat for around 30-45 minutes via zoom or skype. Can potentially also be a written report, subject to prior discussion of the contents of the report and whether I can ask follow up questions. That way, a teleconference via zoom would be preferred as it would give me greater understanding and allow me to ask questions as well.
