Need to review on whether worthwhile to pursue legal remedy on residential equipment in Ontario Canada

Would like to examine whether to proceed in legal prosecution in a Small Claims Court, Ontario, Canada of a contract with Utilebill, Toronto on a contract which I think is a prima facie case for rescinding the contract on patently unfair trade terms in terms of cost vs payouts.
