Need paralegal specialist for personal injury suit against hotel

Slip and fall, prvious TBI with concerning symptoms appearing. Accident happened in Texas (I have photos), and I live in Utah. I want to sue them, I just need help with preparing the suit and filingi it in the correct jurisdiction. Days Inn owned by Marriott makes it a bit more complex. Mariott says it's Days Inn problem.
