Need paralegal help with business documents

We are looking for a paralegal that can help us with business documents. We would like to have bylaws created/modified. We would like to create a contract documents for our individual partners (profit sharing, deferred payments, trademark related terms), and employee contracts including employee handbook. We also want documents and information that covers us for delivering patient care over telehealth (HIPPA, CFR42).
