I am reaching out to you as I am looking for assistance in filing a legal malpractice case in NJ against my other ex-attorney pertaining to the State case. I am looking to obtain a
"Certificate of Merit" in order to file the initial legal malpractice case as I only have 2 to 3 more weeks before the 6 year NJ statue of limitation runs out.
Certificate of merit is strictly based on contrampraneous emails from my ex-attorney who recommended that I plead guilty to a 4th degree obstruction administration of law to be a misdemeanor charge. Five years after the fact, when I applied for Medicare privileges, I shockingly found out that the 4th degree administration of law was indeed a felony charge and not a misdemeanor charge. Now because of the felony charge, Medicare not only denied me privileges but placed my name on the preclusion list.
Please let me know if you may be able to assist me with the following: 1) help represent me in this matter OR 2) help provide me with a Certificate of Merit OR 3) help me draft a pro se complaint/petition/pleading.
