Kasim Aslam will be loaning Scott Straughn 130k towards the purchase of a 160k dump truck so scotty can start a dump truck business.
Interest is 15%.
Terms -
2 years
interest only payments for a while are fine.
First payment 60 days from money received.
Kasim remains in 1st position to recoup loss by selling the truck should the business fail.
Things i keed help with or a suggested structure l-
what happens if scott can’t make a payment?
What’s the process/communication look like?
How many past due payments are allowed before we sell the truck and attempt to recoup the principle?
What else am I not thinking about?
