Need help with immigration matter

I am seeking a freelancer who can provide me with immigration assistance for my current status in the United States.
Specifically, my I-539 was denied because of the late filing even though it was due to the COVID situation, and my motion for reconsideration (I-290B) of the decision is pending.
Now, I want to file a "Nunc Pro Tunc Request" or Motion for reinstatement of my status. I am seeking professional advice for my current questions.
ex. Can we file the "Nunc Pro Tunc Request" or motion to my pending I-290B (motion for reconsideration) case?
Can we file a separate "Nunc Pro Tunc Request" or motion because I already filed the motion for reconsideration?
(and where to file the documents) and;
Is there anything I can do in this situation?
I can draft documents but I need advice to prepare for the documents.
