Need help with framing a Non Disclosure agreement
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I would like to have a NDA framed which would be signed by all the employers under me who would be responsible for the development of the product.
There are two aspects which should not be violated by the developer
1)Never disclose the content or the idea with anyone else or neither pursue the idea by himself.
2)The right to the source code that the developer develops is completely mine.
